grand rounds: the evolution of current and emerging pediatric psoriasis treatments

Objectives:
- Explore the rich history of psoriasis treatments as a model of other autoimmune skin diseases in children.
- Review the various phenotypes of psoriasis seen in children.
- Discuss the current and emerging mechanisms for the treatment of psoriasis including phototherapy, vitamin D analogs, topical calcineurin inhibitors, human aryl hydrocarbon receptor modifying agents, biologics and small molecule inhibitors.
