Sweet Spinach Salad

Prep time: 8 minutes

What you need:

  • 4 c. fresh baby spinach
  • 3 clementines, peeled, segments separated
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 4 tbsp. fat-free raspberry vinaigrette

What to do:

  1. Wash and dry the spinach.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, clementines, and almonds.
  3. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss until it's coated.
