welcome

The pediatric hospital medicine fellowship program at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine is a two-year fellowship program.  The majority of the program’s inpatient educational experiences take place at Dayton Children’s Hospital located in Dayton, Ohio and nursery experiences take place at local birthing hospitals.

Dayton Children’s Hospital is a free-standing tertiary pediatric hospital that affords fellows the experience of serving a wide variety of patients from different ethnic, socioeconomic and geographic settings. Over the past 30 years, Dayton Children’s, the United States Air Force and Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine have collaborated to offer the country’s only civilian/military integrated pediatric residency program. Fellows will have the experience of working with civilian and military residents, residents from other programs, medical students from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and visiting students from across the country.
