Objectives:

  1. Develop an understanding of what a Community Health Needs Assessment is and why non-profit hospitals are required to complete one every three years.
  2. Identify the results of the 2023 Community Health Needs Assessment including the specific priority areas of greatest concern to community members.
  3. Describe how the assessment is used to guide the work of Dayton Children’s, including the hospital’s Community Health Improvement Plan and Health Disparities Strategic Priorities.
