Lisa Coffey
vice president for physician services
Lisa Coffey serves as the vice president for physician services at Dayton Children's Hospital. She previously served as the administrative director for ambulatory services at the hospital. In her role, Coffey is the senior manager, she serves as the President of Children’s Care Group and Children’s Anesthesia Group. She is responsible for contracting with other health care entities and is actively involved in physician recruitment. She leads a multidisciplinary physician onboarding team to provide a smooth start to newly recruited providers including orientation to Dayton Children’s, the completion of payer credentialing, establishing a marketing plan and establishing a mentor.
Coffey also served as the director of radiology and cardiology and has held numerous leadership positions at Dayton Children’s since joining the medical center as an administrative fellow in 1988.
She holds a master’s degree in health sciences management from the University of Missouri Columbia and is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives.
