Dayton Children’s names new medical director for Ear, Nose and Throat Department and medical coordinator for Cochlear Implant Clinic

Dayton Children's Names New Medical Director for Ear, Nose and Throat Department and Medical Coordinator for Cochlear Implant Clinic The Children's Medical Center of Dayton is pleased to announce Jeffery S. Adam, MD as new medical director for Dayton Children's department of ear, nose and throat and William J.D. Turner, MD, as new medical coordinator for the cochlear implant clinic. Dr. Adam has been a pediatric ear, nose and throat physician at Dayton Children's for 20 years. He is also previous chairman of the professional staff at Dayton Children's serving from July 2006 through June 2008. He is board certified in otolaryngology and specializes in general surgery, otolaryngology, and head and neck surgery. Dr. Adam and his family reside in Dayton. Dr. Turner has been a pediatric ear, nose and throat physician at Dayton Children's for 11 years. Dr. Turner is board certified in otolaryngology and specializes in ear surgery. He and his family reside in Kettering.

This division offers diagnostic treatment for diseases of the ear, nose and throat, and head and neck surgery. Board-certified otorhinolaryngologists and otolaryngologists are available for consultation and treatment of children and adolescents. Each year, the ear, nose and throat department provides the highest number of surgeries seen at Dayton Children's.
