Dayton Children's celebrates first annual superhero day
January 31, 2014
Here at Dayton Children’s, we know that heroes walk our hallways. From every kid who comes through our doors, to the doctors and nurses who treat them and the amazing employees who keep this hospital running, the “super powers” and strength displayed here each day are limitless!
In order to celebrate all the heroes at Dayton Children’s all visitors and staff are invited to join in on the first annual Superhero Day!
On Friday, January 31, 2014, staff and patients (both inpatient and outpatient) are encouraged to come to the hospital wearing something to represent the superhero in us all!
Need some ideas?
- Wear your best superhero costume. Come as Batman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman or any superhero that you can come up with! Get creative and create your own superhero!
- Don’t want to wear a full superhero costume? Throw on a cape or a simple mask!
- Wear a superhero t-shirt
- Wear superhero scrubs
- Place a superhero sticker on your clothing that day
- Place a superhero temporary tattoo on your hand or cheek
