    1. Cite how the use of quality improvement in healthcare has evolved and matured over the past 10-15 years.
    2. Illustrate how the use of a simple model and a few quality improvement tools can drive quality improvement in your healthcare practice.
    3. Describe several project based examples of quality improvement in healthcare.
