Objectives:
- Recognize infant mortality as a marker of the health of a community and appreciate the racial disparities in infant mortality present in Montgomery County.
- Utilize a public health approach to reduce racial disparities and overall rates of infant mortality.
- Identify opportunities as an individual health care provider to influence infant mortality.
