Objectives:
- Review the pathophysiology, genetics, and diagnosis of cystic fibrosis.
- Cite the steady advances in treatment for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and it’s direct link to survival.
- Describe the CFTR modifier agents and how they have improved the care and lives of people with CF.
- Discuss newborn screening for CF and how to approach the positive screen result.
