The orthopedics symposium will be hosted on Teams virtual meeting platform. Links to the online Teams event will be emailed out to all participants a week before the event. To receive continuing education credit, you will need to fill out an online questionnaire. The questionnaire will be sent the day of the event and will be available below until October 31. All certificates of attendance will be emailed after the completion of the online questionnaire. Recordings of all presentations will be available online through October 31.

To receive CME credit, you must fill out the questionnaire link below. You will be emailed your certificate once we receive your questionnaire.
