Upon receipt of the registration for the evening conference, each attendee will receive
a registration confirmation. Late and Walk-In registrations are based on availability.

A confirmation letter, parking information and directions to the conference will be
sent to all those who register by March 30, 2018.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify a minimum of 7 days before the conference if unable to attend as
seating is limited. There are no refunds but substitutions can be made prior to
the conference.

Continuing Medical Education Credit
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the
accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of
the Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Dayton Children’s Hospital. The
Nationwide Children’s Hospital is accredited by the ACCME to provide
continuing medical education for physicians.
