Laurence Kleiner, MD

Laurence Kleiner, MD, earned his medical degree at Temple University in Philadelphia, where he also completed a neurological surgery residency. Dr. Kleiner completed a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery at Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, R.I. He has worked at Dayton Children’s since 2002, describing the hospital as a “nationally acclaimed institution with a heart.” He has a special interest in minimally invasive neurosurgical procedures, and in caring for patients with tumors of the central nervous system, traumatic neurological injuries, hydrocephalus, spinal congenital anomaly, craniosynostosis and spina bifida.
