get to know me

I chose my specialty because...

I have personal experience with sickle cell disease, hematology and caring for family members that are chronically ill. It is important to me that my patient's receive the most evidence-based and outstanding care. The hematology/oncology team values that and is committed to providing excellent care.

I like working with kids because...

kids are amazing at battling the storm. No matter what they go through they will always find happiness whether it be a little or a lot. Kids keep me grounded and balanced because I am learning from the example that they give and growing every single day because of it.

I chose to work at Dayton Children's because...

family is important to me. Every single time I walk into Dayton Children's I feel a sense of family. I am new to the organization and I feel as if I have been here for years because everyone is so friendly, welcoming and wanting to learn a little something from everyone who walks through the door and that makes you feel right at home.

Dayton Children's is special because...

No matter who you are or where you are from or what your circumstances are you will receive the best care that Dayton Children's Hospital can offer.
