They were very thorough and kind. I know the urgent care was really busy, but none of the providers acted frazzled or rushed.

The providers did not take the necessary time to meet the needs of my daughter. We wasted time and money for service and care they was not even provided. I had to compress my daughter's arm at home after leavings urgent care to correct the dislocated elbow/forearm joint. I was not please with my experience considering that my daughter was still in discomfort and pain when leaving urgent care.

We had a surprisingly good experience for our first trip to an Urgent Care. It didn't seem to matter that this was not my daughter's regular doctor. She treated us as though we were old friends and took plenty of time and care with our sick child.
