"I would like to thank Connie for her constant dedication to save the hospital and patients money. Connie came across a med that was PRN for the patient. It was not being used much, but the patient was being charged for each dose. Connie called the nurse to verify how much the patient was actually taking, then changed how the med was dispensed and changed how much the patient was charged. Way to go, Connie!"
