Department/Unit: Urgent Care/Springboro

"I recently brought my 14-month-old son in for treatment. It was on Sunday morning the tenth of January around 11:00 am. He was coughing, wheezing and breathing heavy. Unfortunately I don’t know the nurse’s name that took care of him that morning, but I wanted to thank her. She was very professional and you can tell she really cared and showed concern for my child. She never left our side and stayed with us until the medic picked us up. If you could please find out the nurse who took care of my son that morning and let her know I appreciate what she did for us that morning and I thank her. I was impressed with the entire staff there that day. I would not hesitate at all to bring any of my kids there for treatment. As it turned out, he had bronchiolitis real bad and his left lung was collapsed. This is why his oxygen level was low. He ended up spending four nights in the hospital and was released that Thursday afternoon. If it wasn’t for the care and quick actions your staff did for him, I’m sure it could have been worse. I can’t thank you enough for your care that day!"
