"I would like to thank Mike Collins for always going above and beyond to help others out. He makes the workload in our department lighter due to his knowledge of the position he holds. Mike always does his best to make sure only the instruments actually needed for the case are opened. Many sets are pulled for cases and usually all are opened. But in Mike's case, he knows what to open. He is truly an asset to this hospital. You may not realize it but with him doing this it is a cost savings (manhours, what it cost to reprocess sets). This is just one example of the many things he does above and beyond. Thanks, Mike!"
