Sugarplum Festival of Trees

Stay tuned for information on the 2012 Sugarplum Festival of Trees event!

The Sugarplum Festival of Trees is an annual holiday extravaganza that kicks off the holiday season for the Miami Valley. Please join the more than 350 TWIG volunteers that have worked year-round to make this spectacular holiday event possible. All proceeds benefit the Children's Medical Center.

Friday, November 18

Festival of Trees Gala and Dinner - Reservations required

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
$100.00 per person
Live auction, silent auction, raffles and bidding on specially designed trees.
Black tie optional

Saturday, November 19

Ladies Luncheon - Reservations Required

10:00 am - Drinks, raffles, auctions
11:45 am - lunch, fashion show by Elder Beerman
$35.00 per person
Events open to the public (9:30 am - 3:30 pm)
Boutique, raffles and merchants
Nutcracker Sweets
Designer Tree bidding

Two seatings - 10:00 am and 12:00 pm

Designer Tree Bidding - bidding on all trees closes at 2:30 pm
Kids Holiday Shopping Korner - Kids can shop for brothers, sisters, parents, grandparents, etc. All items are $2. Elves available to assist with shopping. Free gift wrap.
