Planned Giving

Planned gifts are part of an individual or couple's overall financial and estate plan that leave a lasting legacy for the children and families served by Dayton Children's. These gifts support the future of outstanding pediatric care, research, equipment and endowments to meet the needs of future generations. Making a planned gift to Dayton Children's demonstrates your enthusiasm for and strong belief in our mission of improving the health and safety of our region's children and grandchildren. All donors who notifiy Dayton Children's of their intent to make a planned gift are honored in the Annae Barney Gorman Society.

Ways of making a planned gift include:

  • Bequest
  • Charitable gift annuity
  • Charitable remainder trust
  • Beneficiary designation of retirement plan assets
  • Gift of life insurance
  • Life estate in a residence or farm

Click here for suggested wording for preparing bequests.

Your planned gifts are meaningful, lasting gifts that continue to benefit Dayton Children's and the long-term needs of the children in our care.

To notify Dayton Children's of your intention of making an estate gift, please complete and return the confidential planned gift notification form.
