Child Health Information

Dayton Children's pediatric experts have developed Child Health Information (CHI) sheets as an easy-to-read source of information for parents and families about key health and safety issues. These are designed to provide basic information that you can use in discussions with your pediatrician or family doctor. All CHI information sheets are reviewed every three years or sooner if needed so the most up-to-date information is provided to parents, families and professionals.

Note: CHI information pages will not include reviewed/revised dates. This information is being maintained separately. If you have any questions about the information on any of the CHI information pages, please contact us.
