Patient Satisfaction

Dayton Children’s cares what you think about the care your child received. As a member of your child’s care team, we encourage you to ask questions and give us feedback. We use a combination of written surveys, online forms, telephone interviews with parents who recently received care for their child in one of 11 major clinical areas of the hospital, including both inpatient and outpatient areas.

Dayton Children’s organization-wide goal is to achieve at least a 90 percent overall rating and we are proud to say we consistently meet or exceed this goal. To deliver the right care, we take your feedback seriously and work to continuously improve the service and care.
