MyKidsChart makes it easy for you to stay in touch with your child’s care team, view your child’s medication information and receive important health reminders by email.

If you have not enrolled—and your child is a patient in one of the clinics below—call the clinic or ask about MyKidsChart during your child’s next visit. Because of necessary consents to protect your child’s information, this process cannot be completed over the phone.
