Cruise-In, Summer Jam to benefit Dayton Children's Hospital

Butler Township will host its first Cruise-In Saturday, August 16, with all proceeds benefitting Dayton Children’s Hospital. The event is from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on York Commons Boulevard and Commerce Center Drive (in front of Walmart) and is open to the public. Cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcome - the first 250 registered receive dash plaques. There will be live music from local groups,Kings Landing and The Leftovers along with food specials, raffles and fun for kids of all ages. This event is organized by Butler Township and the Vandalia-Butler Chamber of Commerce.

After the Cruise-In, head a few blocks south to the 3rd annual Buckeye Backroads Summer Jam Concert at Buckeye Harley Davidson at 7220 North Dixie Drive. Gates open at 4:00 pm. There will be food, vendors and live music all evening, ending with a feature performance from country music star Craig Morgan at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $10 per person in advance, $15 at the gate.
