|Uses:||To detect the Factor V Leiden mutation associated with hereditary thrombophilia. This test is also included in the Thrombophilia Panel.|
|Limitations:||This assay detects ONLY the Leiden mutation in the Factor V gene (R506Q, G1691A).|
