Rejection:MUST INCLUDE INDICATION WHEN ORDERING; will attempt to process any volume of specimen received; will attempt to process clotted specimens; outcome may not be ideal
Normal:Male: arr(1-22)x2,(XY)x1
Female: arr(1-22,X)x2
Uses:Indications: developmental delay, mental retardation, failure to thrive, autism, and others
Limitations:Aberrations less than 100,000 bases are not detectable; only detects copy number variations (del/dups)
