Uses:Liver function test, elevated in cirrhosis, hepatitis, congestive heart failure, many cases of pancreatitis; Reye's Syndrome; shock; extrahepatic biliary obstruction and pericardial effusion.
Limitations:Hemolysis may falsely elevate results.
