Ingredients:
- 3/4 c. light fruit -flavored yogurt
- 1 tbsp. raisins
- 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 1/3 c. strawberries
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a plastic cup.
Serves: 1
