To benefit families with children battling cancer
Come play in the Tony Lizza Memorial Golf Scramble at The Golf Club at Yankee Trace. This year's event is presented by Roosters. All proceeds from the event will support the Dayton Children's Needy Patient Fund for children battling cancer.
The Tony Lizza Memorial Golf Outing celebrates the life of Tony Lizza. Tony was diagnosed with leukemia at age three. His courage took him through two bone marrow transplants at ages five and nine. Throughout his life, Tony astounded doctors and friends with his spirit and his fight. Tony was a symbol of hope. Tony relapsed in 1995 and lost his battle just two months before his 13th birthday. His memory lives on through those who were touched by his life.
