To benefit the Newborn Intensive Care Unit

Robert Mondavi Winery Charity Winer Dinner

Join Carvers Steaks & Chops for an incredible night of food, wine and charity on August 28th at 6:30 pm.  This special event, hosted by Doug Hill and Chef William Pence, will benefit the Dayton Children's Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU). 

Reception:  Robert Mondavi Chardonnay, Napa Valley

First Course:  Robert Mondavi Fume Blanc, Napa Valley
Cevichi Duo - Sushi grade tuna, Chilean sea bass, Peruvian corn, red onion, Aji chili pepper, micro greens

Second Course: Robert Mondavi Reserve Pinot Noir, Napa Valley
Smoked salmon - Norwegian salmon, almonds, goat cheese, red onion, living butter lettuce

Third Course: Robert Mondavi Oakville Cabernet, Napa Valley
Hand Cut Filet - Filet mignon, Maitre d' butter roasted summer vegetables

Fourth Course: Robert Mondavi Moscato d' Oro, Napa Valley
Lychee - fresh lychee, fresh whipped cream, ginger syrup cream

The complete experience is $85.00 plus tax and gratuity.  $25.00 from each dinner will be donated.

Upcoming Events

The 1st Annual Logan X. Hess Stop Child Abuse Poker Run and Car Show will take place August 3. The ride begins at the Piqua American Legion and ends at Edison Community College. The car show will be at Edison Community College.

West Carrollton Police will be on hand to insure proper fit for all bike helmets.

Sample the distinctive flavors of the many cultures of Old North Dayton while enjoying entertainment, children's activities and a bicycle decoration competition for ages 9-16. All bike entries MUST be registered with the Dayton Police in advance at go.cityofdayton.org or at the Festival at 5:30 PM.

As part of the National Night Out, the Germantown Police Department will assist with the proper fitting of bicycle helmets for children without them.
