The CARE (child abuse review and evaluation) clinic provides medical examination and follow-up care for cases or suspected or alleged child maltreatment. Physician consultation for inpatients is also available.

CARE House, Montgomery County's child advocacy center, houses the county's multidisciplinary child abuse team, CARE team. Additional services are available through Dayton Children's departments of psychology and social work.
