  • Spina bifida
  • Head and spinal cord injury

  • Upper extremity orthopedic injuries to children less than 13 years of age

  • Fine motor dysfunction
  • Visual motor/visual perceptual deficits
  • Deficits in self-help/skill performance
  • Adaptive equipment needs
  • Upper extremity splinting
  • Jobst (pressure) garment fittings

  • Dayton Children's
    • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • OT/PT arena assessment (identify deficit areas and referral options available)
    • First, second and fifth Wednesdays at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 am.
  • Springboro
    • Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 

Sensory integration
 The purpose of this treatment is to improve the child’s ability to process and integrate sensory information from the vestibular, proprioceptive and tactile receptors. Treatment protocol is based on the child’s needs and is based on functional and measurable goals. Children treated include those with mental retardation, developmental delays, autism and cerebral palsy.
