get to know me

I chose my specialty because...

I went to medical school thinking I wanted to become a pediatrician, but once I did surgery and orthopaedics, I decided to combine my dedication and love of children's health with orthopaedic surgery.

I chose to work at Dayton Children's because...

of Hobart Klaaren. He was and is one of my mentors and recruited me to Dayton Children's.

Dayton Children's is special because...

of our medical staff.

Dr. Albert is a great orthopedic surgeon. He's very thorough and he's not rushing.

Dr. Albert cares for his patients and takes the time YOU need to ensure you know what you need to know. He has been a blessing to our family with doing 7 of our sons blounts disease surgeries. I recommend him to anyone in seeking for a Dr with his expertise. It will be a very sad day for our family when he announces he is retiring, so selfishly we hope for 10+ more years!! Please ensure he gets to read this as most places only pass along the bad reviews as a coaching and we rarely see all the positive things that make us work harder for longer!!!
