comprehensive specialty care for kids with endocrine disorders

Experts at Dayton Children’s provide comprehensive specialty care for kids with endocrine disorders. Some examples are diabetes, thyroid conditions and adrenal conditions. Our experienced, board-certified endocrinologists oversee every aspect of their patients’ care. They provide leadership for a team that includes nurses, dietitians, a social worker and a psychologist. Patients and family members see the same familiar faces each time they visit our clinic. In fact, they will likely remain with the same physician for as long as they receive care at Dayton Children’s!

We offer three different outpatient clinics for children with endocrine disorders. The diabetes clinic is for children with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, and the endocrinology clinic is for children with any other type of endocrine disorder. The prediabetes clinic focuses on children who are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes.
