Matt Graybill serves as the vice president for human resources at Dayton Children's. Since joining Dayton Childrenís in 1984, Graybill has served in various senior leadership roles including vice president for operations and vice president for business development and planning with responsibility for services delivered away from Dayton Childrenís main campus, business development, and Childrenís Care Group, the hospitalís multi-specialty group practice.
Prior to joining Dayton Childrenís, Graybill served as assistant vice president of human resources at Grandview Hospital, in Dayton.
Graybill is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served on the organizationís Regent Advisory Council and Credentials Committee. He is past president of the Ohio Society for Hospital Human Resources Administrators and has served on the Ohio Hospital Association Managed Care Committee and the Greater Dayton Area MRI Consortium Board of Directors.
Graybill earned a bachelorís degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a masterís in business administration from Xavier University.
