Our leaders

Because kids count, we put them at the center of every decision we make. And, because kids count on you, we count on our employees, physicians, volunteers, friends of Dayton Children's and the communtiy to ensure we are here for all children when they need us.

Dayton Children's was built on the hopes and dreams of some very dedicated community leaders who more than 40 years ago came together because they wanted a specialtized pediatric facility right here in our region.

Thanks to their hard work and passion, Dayton is blessed with something rare--a freestanding children's hospital, one of only 50 in the country--that serves all children in our region regardless of ability to pay.
