To control spam and stop the abuse/misuse of ourstaff/department email addresses, we have instituted a programmatic safety check. This ensures the email addresses offered to you through our site are valid, allowed email addresses. It also prevents spammers from using our mail forms to send out unsolicited bulk mail from our servers.
