Pediatric cardiology services at Dayton Children's represent an intermingling of Dayton Children's Cardiology, Inc. (a private practice located at The Children's Medical Center of Dayton) with the technical staff and support of the hospital. Patients, therefore, may obtain cardiac testing, see their physician or both within the same office and with a single rapid registration process. Test results are transmitted to the requesting physicians within 48 hours of their acquisition. Summary letters from patients' encounters are mailed within one week of the interaction. The technical staff and reception personnel are constantly ranked at the top for friendliness and skillfulness.

Recently added programs at Dayton Children's include an adult congenital heart disease clinic, a certified fully digital, echocardiography laboratory and an upgraded exercise center capable of supporting additional metabolic information as well as myocardial perfusion imagine.
