Dayton Children’s expands partnership with Middletown Families in Warren and Butler counties will have greater access to the pediatric experts from Dayton Children’s. The partnership will enhance the pediatric speciality services already available in Middletown. As part of this expanded partnership, Dayton Children’s will construct a building on the new Middletown Regional Hospital campus. Services are expected to be offered in the new building by December 2007. This new building will complement MRH’s new campus, which will include a 250-bed hospital, 100,000 square feet of office space, a cancer center, a heart hospital and an ambulatory surgery center. The following pediatric specialty services are available in the Middletown area: cardiology, hematology/oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pulmonology, urology, neonatology consultations and nephrology.
